If your plans change, you can cancel your flight directly inside Quest in just a few steps.
To cancel online, log in to your Quest account and navigate to the Trips page. Select the reservation you would like to cancel and follow the prompts to submit your cancellation request.
If you prefer, you can also email our operations team at [email protected]. Please include the airline confirmation number for the reservation you would like to cancel so our team can locate your booking quickly and avoid delays.
All cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours. Once your cancellation has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the updated status of your trip.
Please note that all cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
