A Quick Summary of AllFly Quest 2.0

Over a year ago, we launched AllFly Quest, the easiest way to book airfare for events. Earlier this year, we decided to rewrite our entire codebase from scratch to make AllFly Quest more scalable, reliable, and to fix lingering issues.

The core reason we redesigned Quest was to add individual travel and add more ways to pay. With Quest 2.0, you can now book everyday business trips—including flights, hotels, and cars—in addition to event travel.

For the next few months, we will have customers on both Quest 1.0 and Quest 2.0. It's important to note how you will access each platform:

  • Quest 1.0: https://companyname.allflyquest.com (Each company has its own unique URL)

  • Quest 2.0: https://quest.allfly.io/sign-in (Accessed directly through our main website)

Quest Update FAQs

Question: I currently have an account on Quest, will I need to make a new account?

Answer: Unfortunately, yes. Quest 2.0 is built on an entirely new codebase. You’ll need to create a new account and invite people to your Quest workspace. You can invite people from the Team tab or inside of an event.

Question: Can I book individual, everyday business travel as well as event travel inside of Quest?

Answer: Yes. You’ll be able to book everyday business travel directly from the homepage. Events will still be booked from the events page.

Question: Do I have to submit a deposit still when booking event travel?

Answer: Our old deposit structure has been replaced by a “Wallet System.” You can think of it like loading money onto your Starbucks account. Once the money is loaded into your wallet, your company is free to book travel. You’ll receive warnings when it gets too low and you need to refresh the balance.

Question: Will AllFly extend credit to book travel?

Answer: With more ways to pay (individual card, master company card, and wallet) AllFly will no longer be extending credit to book travel.

Question: Can AllFly force travelers to book refundable fares?

Answer: Yes. This feature is new in Quest and can be found in your settings.

Question: Can I pay for events one way, and individual business travel another?

Answer: Not at the moment. For launch, the payment style you select is for the entire workspace. For example, if you select individual credit cards, this will require each traveler to input their own credit cards at checkout for events as well as individual travel.

Question: Has anything changed in how I log in?

Answer: Yes - Quest 2.0 introduces a new, streamlined login experience. Instead of using a unique URL for each client portal, you’ll now log in directly through the AllFly website. Once you’re signed in, you’ll have the ability to toggle between organizations if you’re part of multiple groups or accounts — all from one central dashboard.

Question: Who should I contact if I encounter an issue during migration?

Answer: If you encounter any issues during your migration to Quest 2.0, please reach out directly to our Customer Success Manager, Anna. She’ll be happy to help troubleshoot, guide you through the process, and make sure your transition is smooth and successful. You can contact Anna at [email protected].

Question: What browsers and operating systems does Quest 2.0 support?

Answer: For the best performance and most reliable experience, we strongly recommend using Google Chrome on either Windows or macOS.

Question: Is training available for teams new to Quest 2.0?

Answer: Yes! We offer live demos to walk you through the key features of Quest 2.0 and help your team get familiar with the platform. These sessions are designed to provide hands-on guidance, answer any questions in real time, and ensure your team feels confident and equipped to get the most out of Quest 2.0. Whether you're just getting started or looking to deepen your understanding, our training is tailored to meet your needs.
