How to Update Your Personal, Payment, and Loyalty Information in Your Quest Account

Updating your Quest account ensures your information is accurate and up-to-date for a seamless experience. Follow these steps:


Step 1: Log into Your Quest Portal

  1. Open a web browser and go to the Quest portal login page.

  2. Enter your credentials (email and password).

  3. Click Log In to access your account dashboard.


Step 2: Access the Account Settings

  • On the dashboard, locate your name at the bottom left-hand side of the screen

  • Click the three dots icon next to your name.


Step 3: Navigate to Account Settings

  • From the menu that appears, select Account Settings.

  • You will be directed to the settings page, which includes tabs for updating your account details.


Step 4: Update Your Information

  1. Personal Information:

    • Select the Traveler Profile tab.

    • Update your personal details such as name, contact information, or address.

    • Scroll to the bottom and click Confirm to save changes.

  2. Payment Information:

    • Under the Account tab, locate the section for payment details.

    • Enter or update your preferred payment method.

    • Ensure your billing details are correct before saving.

  3. Loyalty Program Information:

    • Navigate to the Loyalties tab.

    • Add or edit your airline loyalty program information.

    • Include your membership number and any required details.

  4. Passport Information:

    • Open the Passport tab.

    • Enter your passport details, including passport number, expiration date, and country of issue.

    • Double-check for accuracy and save changes.


Step 5: Confirm All Updates

  1. Review all information to ensure accuracy.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of each section and click Confirm to save changes.
