Airline tickets booked by AllFly (whether in Quest or booked by an agent offline), should appear on the airline's website. Here is how you access your reservation after receiving a ticket from AllFly.
If you have a loyalty number:
Visit the airline's website.
Log in to your loyalty program account.
Look for a section labeled "My Trips" or "Manage My Booking."
Your Quest reservation should appear in this section.
If you don't have a loyalty number:
Visit the airline's website.
Look for a section labeled "Find My Booking," "Retrieve Reservation," or something similar.
You will typically need your Confirmation Number (also known as a PNR) and your last name (sometimes first name as well).
Enter the required information and submit. Your reservation should appear.
Below is an example on how to pull up your reservation on Delta's website, should you not have a Skymiles (loyalty) number attached to your reservation.
Here is an example where you can locate your trip on American's homepage. Under the main homepage, click over to the Manage trips/Check-in tab.
Note: Ensure that your name is entered exactly as it appears on your ticket.
