Self Service Options
During weather events or widespread delays, phone wait times can increase. For the quickest experience, we recommend using the airline’s website or mobile app to manage your booking.
How it works:
Navigate to the airline's "Manage Trip" or "My Trips" section.
Enter your Confirmation Number (found in your AllFly itinerary) and Last Name.
From there, you can independently change dates/times, update seat assignments, or cancel your flight.
Note: Depending on the reason for the change and the airline's specific rules, a difference in fare may apply at the time of rebooking.
