Booking Travel for a Guest Who Needs to Fly from a Different Airport

Yes, we can absolutely accommodate guests who need to fly from a different airport than the rest of your group.


Because airlines require separate reservations when travelers are departing from different locations, your guest will need to be on their own booking record.

There are two ways to handle this:


Option 1: Add your guest to the event (recommended)
If your event allows guest travel, we recommend adding your guest as a standalone user. Once they create their profile in Quest, they’ll be able to book their own flights directly through the platform. This gives them visibility into their itinerary and the flexibility to manage their own travel details.


Option 2: Have our team book it for you
You can also email our operations team with your guest’s travel details and we’ll have an agent book it on their behalf. Just include the guest’s full name (as it appears on their ID), departure city, preferred flight times, and any other relevant information.
