Yes, you can book multiple tickets on different airlines inside of Quest!

Inside of Quest, it’s possible to book flights with multiple airlines on a single reservation, which can be useful if you need to optimize your travel based on price, schedule, or airline preferences. Quest simplifies the process, allowing you to seamlessly search for and select flights across different carriers in one itinerary.

However, it’s important to note that not all airlines have ticketing agreements with each other. In cases where airlines don’t collaborate on ticketing, your flights may be issued as separate tickets. This means:

1. Multiple Booking References: You may receive separate booking references (PNRs) for each flight segment.

2. Baggage Transfers: You may need to recheck your luggage between flights if the airlines don’t offer a baggage transfer service.

3. Missed Connections: If a flight is delayed or canceled, the airlines may not be responsible for getting you on the next flight, as they would with a single-ticket reservation.

For travelers looking to reduce risk and maximize convenience, we recommend choosing airlines that have ticketing agreements, as this typically ensures smoother connections and baggage transfers.

Here is an example of a flight from PHX to HNL. The user selects their outbound on Hawaiian Airlines.

Then on the return flight, they select an Alaska Airlines option

Although these are separate airlines, Quest easily books them as a single roundtrip reservation. Should a multiple airline reservation have multiple confirmation numbers, we will clearly display both in our confirmation emails.
